Rocks Resort Terms & Conditions

All upcoming guests are required to complete the following self-declaration for themselves and their guests, please follow this link to complete your booking.

Deposit Policy:

At booking, we require a deposit equal to one night’s stay.
For Christmas Holidays (16th of December 2022 – 28th of January 2023), a deposit of $520 is required.

The total balance is required 1 week before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

Bookings cancelled more than 1 month prior to arrival will forfeit a $50 administration fee.

Bookings cancelled less than 1 month prior till arrival will forfeit their FULL DEPOSIT.

All guests are required to register at reception.

While every effort is made to accommodate room requests, they cannot be guaranteed.
